Our need

Blue Acorn is looking for an Outbound Specialist to devise outbound campaigns and strategies with the head of business development. Following those strategies, this person will cold call and email management roles on target lists, as well as schedule sales calls for Blue Acorn’s sales executives. We’re looking for someone with 3+ years of cold calling experience, Salesforce CRM administrative skills, and advanced LinkedIn prospecting experience.

Responsibilities and duties

  • Cold calling and emailing prospects
  • Securing meetings for Sales team
  • Developing list of target accounts
  • Maintaining clean data and reporting  in Salesforce CRM
  • Other business development duties as needed 

Qualifications and skills

  • BS/BA degree
  • 3+ years of cold calling or sales experience
  • A hunter attitude
  • A strong desire to have a career in Sales
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Previous tele-sales experience a plus
  • Previous professional services sales experience a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Results orientated
  • Team-oriented attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Highly pro-active and disciplined to manage time effectively

Things that will impress us

  • Experience in eCommerce or retail industry
