The eCommerce Analyst is responsible for identifying compelling strategies for our clients that help to deliver bottom line results and master the on-site experience.
Responsibilities and duties:
(S)he works with clients to understand their business goals and constraints and delivers solutions to achieve their stated business outcomes. (S)he evaluates existing eCommerce applications to identify areas of improvement and identifies program enhancements and modifications. (S)he investigates and corrects program-related problems. (S)he participates in the sales process by assisting with the statement of work creation, leveraging experience and historical data. (S)he leads planning and shaping eCommerce solutions for clients that meet their business constraints. (S)he delivers training to the eCommerce team and across the job families, and serves as a subject matter expert. (S)he mentors eCommerce Analysts. Duties include:
